Steps on Connecting your Monitor:

• Laptop/PC with Type-C port: Connect the Type-C to Type-C cable directly from Laptop/PC to Monitor for power & display.

Note: Please use the wall charger to power on the monitor to avoid black or flashing screen when power supply is not enough.

• Laptop/PC with HDMI port: First, connect the Type-C to Type-C cable from Laptop/PC to Monitor for power. Second, connect the HDMI to mini HDMI from Laptop/PC to Monitor for data transfer/display.

Note: Please use the wall charger to power on the monitor to avoid black or flashing screen when power supply is not enough.

• Laptop/PC with (mini) Display Port e.g. Surface Pro: First, connect the Type-C to Type-C cable from Laptop/PC to Monitor for power. Second, use (mini) DP to HDMI adapter to connect the HDMI to mini HDMI cable from Laptop/PC to Monitor.

Note: Please use the wall charger to power on the monitor to avoid black or flashing screen when power supply is not enough.

• PS5/PS4/Xbox Connection: First, connect the Type-C to Type-C cable from PS5/PS4/Xbox to Monitor for power. Second, connect the HDMI to mini HDMI from PS5/PS4/Xbox to Monitor for data transfer/display.

Note: Please use the wall charger to power on the monitor to avoid black or flashing screen when power supply is not enough.

• Switch Connection: First, connect the Type-C cable from Switch to wall charger for power. Second, connect the Type-C to Type-C cable from Switch to Monitor for data transfer/display.

Note: Switch cannot provide enough power supply for monitor. Please use Switch original PD charger and plug it into the Type-C port of monitor. Or it may not work if using other chargers.

• Android Phone Connection: First, connect the Type-C cable from Switch to wall charger for power. Second, connect the Type-C to Type-C cable from Switch to Monitor for data transfer/display.

Note: Phones may not be able to provide enough power supply for monitor with high brightness, please plug in wall charger to Type-C port to power on the monitor, then plug in USB-C cable connected to phone to another Type-C port. Some phones like Google Pixel do not support video output.

• iPhone Connection:

·         For iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro/iPhone 15 Pro Plus(Type-C Port): Connect the Type-C to Type-C cable directly from iPhone to Monitor for power & display.

·         For earlier iPhone model(lightning port, lightning to HDMI adapter needed): First, Use the charger to provide power supply for the adapter. Second, Connect the adapter to your iPhone. Third, Connect the monitor to the adapter by HDMI cable.
